Business owners in construction juggle many different hats – finance, operations, human resources, sales, IT, and more. They need enhanced skills to manage finances, position their business for sustainable growth, and lead their workforce. To fill this skill gap, OpenCircle has collaborated with MNP — one of the largest full-service chartered professional accountancy and business advisory firms in Canada — to develop a Leadership in Business Series for business owners.

The instructor-led online series provides business owners with the skillset needed to sustain and grow their business. It focuses on three pillars: finance, strategy, and leadership. Courses for each pillar can be taken in any order between April 12, 2023, to November 2, 2023.
