An “OpenCircle Member” owns a share of OpenCircle and is entitled to all of the services, privileges, and benefits of membership.

Employees participating in the OpenCircle Hour Bank Benefit Plan are entitled to a suite of Member benefits and services along with benefit plan portability between OpenCircle Member companies with an Hour Bank Plan.
