We proudly have one of the industries most reliable Hour Bank Benefit plans. Recording stable yearly rate increases, with a significant rate decrease in 2026.
Scholarship Program
Since 2002, OpenCircle Contractors Association has awarded more than $1.1 million in scholarships to the dependent children of our members through this program.
Tuition Refund Program
Since 2002, OpenCircle Contractors Association has refunded more than $37 million back to our members through this program.
