It’s simple: successfully complete your apprenticeship training — get your tuition reimbursed.

OpenCircle’s Tuition Refund Program reimburses tuition fees for hour bank employees of Member companies who successfully complete their apprenticeship training and then return to work for an OpenCircle Member.

We truly believe it’s essential to assist the education of the next generation of skilled workers. As such, we are proud to continue to offer our tuition refund program.
