OpenCircle’s Supervisor Training Program has been Renovated!

We’re making it easier than ever to level up your leadership skills. The retooled Supervisor Training Program (STP) is now divided into two parts:

Part 1: Self-paced modules so that you can learn at your own pace.
Part 2: Instructor-led training to engage in discussions, real-world scenarios, and interactive learning.

And that’s not all! We’ve added a brand-new Safety Module, developed in consultation with the Alberta Construction Safety Association. Strong leaders prioritize safety so we’ve made it a priority in STP reinforcing why safety is a critical leadership responsibility.

The program still packs a punch with 10 Gold Seal credits, ensuring top-tier industry recognition.
