Construction Projects Regulation 61/23 comes into force on July 1, 2023

    Earlier this spring, the Government of Ontario published Regulation 61/23 amending Regulation 213/91: Construction Projects under the Occupational Health & Safety Act (Regulation). The aim of the regulatory changes is to help increase the number of women participating in the construction workforce. The amendments, which will come into force on July 1, 2023, relate to two main areas: personal protective clothing/equipment and toilet facilities.
